Good folks, there are so many people in the world who love you, and you have to start using your resources.
A few years ago, I had a girlfriend who was really worried about this ticket, she had convinced herself that she was going to be arrested, that a bench warrant had been issued for her, and she held that for YEARS.
I knew something was wrong, I just didn't know what it was.
And so finally she told me what it was and I got into gear.
Do you know from the time I parked in the lot, walked over to the courthouse, went in, talked to the clerk, got back in my car, I was back on the road in 31 minutes?
AND I was able to tell her that there was no record of anything: no bench warrant and not even a ticket on file.
I was able to get resolution on this issue within 31 minutes, something that she had been holding for years and had become an untenable burden.
These are the times when we need to tag in people who we know care about us when things are going crazy.
Now, would they always be able to handle it really quickly? No.
Sometimes there's nothing to be done at all but us for us to sit down and to be in silence together. But you never know if you don't talk to the people who love you.
So if we're going to do anything right this year, we're going to do that.
We are not sitting in the corner by ourselves anymore with things that pressure us.
We are going to tag in the people who we know love us so that we can be in this together.
