JEWELL JACKSON MCCABE EMERGING LEADERS INSTITUTE (ELI)
Early in her career, Lynita was blessed to be mentored by presidential appointee, women’s advocate, and business woman Jewell Jackson McCabe. In exploring leadership in both non-profit and for-profit organization, Lynita noticed the same essential intangible (“soft skills”) were necessary for true success. She joined with three other dynamic women to found ELI, an international non-profit leadership development and training organization for women and girls. ELI has served over 400 women and girls ages 11 to 62 in three countries and seven states, and continues to “develop, mentor, and empower” the career-focused and entrepreneurial-set.
