How Your Heart Speaks

Good morning, good folks!
One of the parts about self-prioritization is learning to trust yourself but it's hard to trust yourself when you have a whole lot going on around you: distractions, and other people's priorities constantly and consistently trumping what you know the divine told you to do.
It's really important that you get back to self, to center, so that you can remember how your body speaks to you, how your heart speaks to you, how your emotions speak to you, so that you know how to move in this world.
Sometimes people are going to come to you with something that looks absolutely amazing, some offer, some thing, right?
And there's this part of you that goes cold, and you can't explain why. Here's the thing: you don't need to. You don't need to because for whatever reason that thing is not divinely aligned with where you are in that moment. It doesn't mean that the thing is bad, it doesn't mean that it won't one day be where you need to be.
It's just that it's a not right now kind of a deal. You might have some growing to do, you might have some clearing you need to do. There might be some people who need to be cleared out before you embark on this thing. But whatever it is, it's a not right now.
And because there are all these distractions, all these other people's priorities that are all over you, you can't hear it. So I want you to remember that when you take time for yourself, by taking a walk, even if it's just 10 or 15 minutes, by going into silence, deep breathing, heck, just sitting with your tea or your coffee or a glass of water on your couch, no TV, and just being quiet and letting your mind just roll.
Those are things that will help you get back to you and help you to remember the Divine beautiful spiritual being that you are. Absolutely something to think about.
