Don't Pretend

 Hey good folks!

Whenever you feel something, just let it roll. Don't try to pretend like whatever is going on in your heart isn't. Don't allow people to try to convince you that what you're feeling is invalid and that you should just skip parts.

Because one of two things is going to happen. Number one, you will have stuffed that emotion down and then it manifests as something else.

Normally some disease, right? Dis-ease.

Or number two, you're going to stuff it down, and it's going to come up in the form of some frustration or rage at a person who had nothing to do with whatever the thing was that you could have dealt with in the present moment, which is now.

It is important that we have these conversations so that you remember that whatever it is that you're feeling, it is 100% valid.

Maybe the expression might need to be tempered, but you absolutely need to give yourself an opportunity to breathe through it, to just let it roll, so that however you decide to express yourself to the person or in the situation, or possibly to self, that it comes in a way that is loving and kind and peaceful.

And sometimes it might not be able to be peaceful, but it can be loving and kind.
