Program Description:  You work hard and play hard… and stress hard.  I know because I used to do the same thing.  It was how I saw other people become successful, so I didn’t know there was another way to do it.  But there IS.  

And to get there, to truly be successful in every facet of your life - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually - you must stop the behaviors that led you here… without killing the momentum you have going.

Sounds impossible, but it’s not.  I know because I did it.  And this weekend is the beginning of the 90 day process I used to do so.  Here it is in a nutshell:

  4. Rest (Forgive It)

  5. Eliminate (Release It)

  6. Recharge

  7. Act
